Payment Options
Pay in Full: Receive a boosted Sweet Life Card credit, from $400 to $550, when you pay in full at the time of booking.
Payment Plan: Set up your payment plan now to confirm your reservation and secure your spot. Your non-refundable deposit equals your first payment amount. Register before November 1st with a deposit of only $387. After that, the deposit increases to $500. Register before November 1st and you'll also automatically receive a full year of Sweet Life Society membership.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Deposit: Your deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable due to upfront costs we incur on your behalf.
If you need to cancel: All payments are non-refundable after December 10th. Your registration is transferable to another woman if your plans change. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to retreats@holistree.com.
Winter weather: If severe winter weather forces us to cancel, we will reschedule the retreat.
If Holistree cancels for any other reason: We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for attendee safety, acts of God, government policies, or any other unforeseeable reason. In that case, you will receive a credit toward a future Holistree retreat or experience, valid for one year from the original retreat date, in place of a cash refund.
Travel protection: We strongly encourage "Cancel for Any Reason" or "Cancel for Work" travel insurance.
