A living ecosystem for Black Women to return to themselves.
The Sweet Life Society is a sacred space for Black women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves when life gets loud - and instead live in rhythm with what they truly value.
This is not a space for more self-care advice.
It is a space for practice.
Here, rest is not a reward.
Ritual is not occasional.
Wellness is not performative.
The Sweet Life Society exists so Black women have a place to come back to - again and again - to tend their bodies, their inner lives, and their becoming with care, intention, and community.

The Sweet Life Society
WHO IT’S FOR
You are the woman others rely on, but you’re craving a space that pours back into you
You’ve been saying “I need to get back to myself,” and you’re ready for consistency, not another reset
You are done performing wellness and want to live it in rhythm, with intention
You value intimacy, care, and a luxe-feeling community rooted in softness and truth
You are cultivating a new season - one where rest, ritual, and slowness are honored without guilt
This is where your soft life becomes a sacred practice.
You do not need to become someone new to belong here.
You are invited to arrive as you are - tired, hopeful, curious, becoming - and let rhythm do what urgency never could.
If you are longing for a space that honors your softness and supports your follow-through, you are welcome here.

FAQs
-
Q. What if I can’t join live every month?
You’ll receive the replay for each gathering, plus access to all monthly content.
-
Q. Is this for me if I’m still figuring out my soft life journey?
Absolutely. You don’t have to be “healed” or “together” to join. This is a space to practice rhythm, not perform perfection.
-
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. While we hope you’ll stay for the long-haul, you can cancel your membership anytime before your next billing cycle.
-
Q: What platform is the Society hosted on?
The Sweet Life Society lives inside Circle, a clean, intuitive private community platform. Once you join, you’ll receive instant access to our sacred space — no clunky logins or confusing tech. You can access everything via desktop or the Circle app, including our monthly rituals, meditations, and private sisterhood lounge.
We chose Circle because it allows us to deliver a soft, spacious experience — one that feels just as sacred as what we’re building inside.
-
Q: What does it mean to be one of the Founding 32?
Our Founding Member experience is intentionally capped at 32 women to preserve the intimacy, intention, and energy of the space as we build its foundation.
Once all 32 spots are filled, membership will close for at least 3 months as we pour into our initial members, refine our rhythm, and ensure that the experience is aligned with our vision of luxury, sacredness, and soulful community.
By joining now, you become part of the founding fabric of this sacred space - helping shape what it becomes while being honored as one of its first.
-
Q. Do I need to be a Black woman to join The Sweet Life Society?
Yes - this space is exclusively for Black women.
The Sweet Life Society was created as a sacred container for Black women to soften, reflect, and restore without the need to explain, educate, or translate their lived experience. We believe there is deep healing and power in spaces that are culturally rooted, spiritually aligned, and specifically designed for us.
While we deeply honor and respect the wellness journeys of all women, this particular space exists to center the rest, ritual, and restoration of Black women — because we deserve spaces that are just for us.
