NINE MONTHS IS THE TRAINING. NOT A WAITING PERIOD.
Nine months is how long the full training runs. It is not how long you have to wait before you're allowed to build.
From Month 1, you're working on your actual event, your concept, your pricing, your vendors, your date not a hypothetical one you'll get to eventually. If you're ready to lock a venue in Month 5, you lock it in Month 5. If you're ready to open sales in Month 6, you open them. The training keeps running underneath you either way.
Some women in this cohort will host their first experience while they're still in the program. That's not ahead of schedule. That's the schedule working.
