Your Investment
Single Occupancy: $2,895
Interested in sharing? The Blackbird's shared rooms feature a shared bed, best suited for friends, sisters, or partners joining together. Email retreats@holistree.com to inquire.
Payment Options
Pay in Full: Receive a $400 Sweet Life Card to use however feels good: spa, shopping, food, it's up to you.
Book Before December 1st: Your deposit drops to $387, and you'll automatically receive a full year of Sweet Life Society membership.
Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of $500 (or $387 if booked before December 1st) is due at registration to secure your spot. Remaining installments are charged on the 30th of each month, with your final payment due January 15th.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Deposit: Your deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable due to upfront costs we incur on your behalf.
If you need to cancel: All payments are non-refundable after February 11th. Your registration is transferable to another woman if your plans change. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to retreats@holistree.com.
If Holistree cancels: We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for attendee safety, acts of God, government policies, or any other unforeseeable reason. In that case, you will receive a credit toward a future Holistree retreat or experience, valid for one year from the original retreat date, in place of a cash refund.
Travel protection: We strongly encourage "Cancel for Any Reason" or "Cancel for Work" travel insurance.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Starting January 1, 2027, Sweet Life Society membership will be the only way to access and register for Holistree experiences.
